Alima Razak Adams is an Associate with the Corporate Commercial practice group of the firm. She provides general legal advice and support in areas such as intellectual property, employment, due diligence, and data protection. She regularly advice clients on trademarks, regulatory compliance, immigration, data protection, employment and corporate governance. She has advised clients in the technology, food, telecommunications, shipping, airline industries and non-governmental organisations. 

Alima holds an LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Ghana(KNUST)  and a qualifying certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
